1. accepts the terms of hire and attached tariffs :
Registration expenses : expenses for registration are offered.
Reservation : the reservation is effective only after acceptance of the contract by the two parts. Bookings are confirmed by mail after reception and verification of your deposit. After 24 hours without news of your arrival, in the campsite or in the accommodation, we will remove the reservation from the pitch or the accommodation. If you leave early or if you arrive late, we cannot agree to any partial reimbursement of the original amount for your booking. The accommodation booking is from 3 p.m. on Saturday to 10 a.m. the following Saturday. Blankets and pillows are supplied in the mobile homes and chalets only. Sheets and pillow cases are not supplied. Pets (animals) are charged for in addition, at the rate of 1,50 € per animal per day. The acceptance of pets (animals) is subject to prior agreement.
Deposit : the payment of a deposit is a precondition to any reservation. By accepting the deposit the vendor guarantees the availability of the product for all the period of hiring. However, both sides have the possibility of retracting in exchange of the payment of a sum equivalent to the deposit : in the event of desistance the customer gives up his deposit, in the event of failure of the vendor the latter refunds the double of the perceived deposit
Arrival procedure : on your arrival at the camp-site you must sign in, pay the balance of your contract, for the accommodations as for the reserved pitches. For an accommodation you have also to leave a refundable deposit of 150 € and sign an inventory of fixtures and equipment.
Departure procedure from an accommodation : after inspection of your accommodation the deposit is paid back, decreased if necessary of the expenses of repairing (breakage or defect of cleaning) of the rented good. Reserve for cleaning is 40 €.
For the departures taking place before 7 a.m. the deposit (or its fraction) will be refunded by transfer to your bank in a week
Undertaking : we take no responsibility for any damage to the fabric of the client’s caravan or camping equipment caused by the client’s own actions.
Campsite rules : everybody coming in to the campsite must obey the campsite rules that are displayed in Reception. Not obeying the rules can lead to expulsion from the campsite and an early departure. |
